Do you have a question concerning your computer, smart phone or other tech gadget? I just might know the answer (or know where to find it)! Send me your question and I will get back to you ASAP. Who knows, your question just might become the inspiration for a future blog post!

Note: I truly enjoy helping people solve their tech problems, but unfortunately, I receive so many questions on a daily basis that I cannot possibly answer all of them. Here are a few tips for getting your question answered:

1 – Make sure your question hasn't already been answered in one of my posts. I certainly don’t expect you to spend hours of your valuable time searching for something that might not even exist, but often a quick Site Search will take you straight to the info you need, with just a couple of clicks. That may save you a lot of time!

2 – Please be as specific and detailed with your question as possible. If you can, please include a full description of the problem along with the brand/model of your computer, smart phone, tablet or other device and the specific version of the operating system that is running on it (e.g. Windows 8, Linux, iOS, Android 4.3, etc.)

3 – If your question is selected and answered, providing a timely feedback as to whether the answer helped solve your problem will satisfy me to post your question in the “Tech Questions and Answers” section of Coolgeektricks.blogspot.com.
